We will build a business continuity program to make the organization more resilient by assessing suppliers, facility, equipment, and technology risks; conduct a business impact analysis to prioritize and identify resource requirements; facilitating the development of continuity and recovery strategies, and compiling a plan that is actionable.  Develop and implement formal processes for “Orders of Succession” for all essential employees.
